INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
200 g boneless chicken
¼ cup green peas
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp pepper powder
Salt
120 ml chicken stock, optional
150 g couscous
