Healthy Veggie Fried Rice 240 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients:
2 oz carrots
1.5 oz brown rice
1 tsp olive oil
2 oz red bell pepper
pinch of salt
dried thyme
paprika
ground ginger
1/8 tsp cumin
2 Oz tomato sauce
1 medium green onion
1 tsp cilantro
Preparation:
first, cook the rice in water until done, and set aside.
