Today, I made some gluten-free bread and muffins. I was surprised by the result because it tasted so good! It’s very easy and the ingredients are simple too.
For the rice, the best result is using Japanese or Taiwanese rice. Avoid using, rice flour, long grain rice (basmati), or glutinous rice.
So here are the ingredients.
● Ingredients:
– 2 cups rice
– 1 cup water
– 2 tbsp sugar (25g)
– 1 tsp salt (5g)
– 3 tbsp butter or oil (45g)
– 2 1/4 yeast (7g)
