INSTANT POT CHILI RECIPE:
500g Lean ground beef
1 onion
8 garlic cloves
28oz can diced tomatoes (I like the ones with herbs & spices)
20oz can tomato sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cans red kidney beans
1 can diced green chilies
1 can of whole kernel corn
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Pinch cinnamon
Salt & pepper

Toppings: scallions, cilantro, cheese, jalapeno peppers, avocado

LIME CREMA:
1/4 cup sour cream
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lime
Pepper
