Ingredients:

-Brussel sprouts
-Fennel
-Radishes
-Yellow pepper
-Zucchini

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Chop vegetables into bite-size pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until soft.
