Recipes & Measurements –
BAKED POTATO & CHICKEN : (Bake 350ºf)
Red & yellow potato,
Chicken thighs, breast, salt and pepper to taste.
1 bag spinach, I cub broccoli 🥦
4 cloves garlic, 2 tbs flour, 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 heavy whipping cream, 1/2 parmesan cheese, chicken seasoning.
MAC & CHEESE : (Bake 350ºf)
1lb elbow macaroni
2 tbs salted butter
2 tbs all purpose flour
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup whole milk
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb mozzarella cheese
2 tbs sour cream
PECAN PIE – (Bake 350ºf )
2 cups all purpose flour
A pinch of salt
2 sticks of unsalted butter
2 egg yolk
4 tbs cold water
Chill dough for 40mins
Dried Beans or pie weight
Bake for 15mins
2 cups pecan
1 cup corn syrup
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs melted unsalted butter
1/4 tsp salt
Bake 30mins
