240g (1 tin) cooked chickpeas ⁣⁣⁣⁣
3 tablespoons tahini⁣⁣⁣⁣
2 tablespoons lemon juice⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 small onion⁣⁣⁣⁣
2 cloves garlic⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 teaspoon each of turmeric, cumin, curry powder⁣⁣⁣⁣
1/2 teaspoon salt⁣⁣⁣⁣
a small handful of coriander/ cilantro⁣⁣⁣⁣
a pinch of black pepper ⁣⁣⁣⁣
a splash of water⁣⁣⁣⁣

𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅: Mix the tahini, lemon juice, water, salt, pepper and spices together. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
Chop the onion, coriander and garlic then stir those into the tahini mixture along with the chickpeas. ⁣
