Ingredients:
Grated carrot 🥕- 1/2 to 1 cup
Thick curd – 1 and 1/4 cup
Milk – 10-15 ml to adjust consistency
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Coriander – Finely chopped, to garnish.

Recipe:
To a mixing bowl 🥣, add 1/2 to 1 cup of grated carrot and to this add 1 and 1/4 cup of thick curd and mix well. Now add some milk to the mixture to adjust the consistency to a thick and creamy texture. Add about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and some chopped coriander and mix well again.Transfer it to a serving bowl. Tastes great when served chilled. This can be stored in fridge for up to 1 day. This healthy salad can be served with any lunch or dinner.
