Hi friends, today I am sharing breakfast recipe for weight loss, it is weight loss roti, made from jowar (sorghum flour) and Besan (chickpeas flour) and lots of vegetables. Single weight loss roti gives only 146 calories and 6 gm proteins. As well as this weight loss roti is gluten free roti. So those who have gluten sensitivity they can add this recipe in their diet plan during breakfast time.

Jowar masala roti
Serving-2
Ingredients
1. Sorghum flour(jowar atta)-30 g
2. Chickpeas flour (besan)-30 gm
3. Bottle gourd(lauki)-100 gm
4. Onion-30 gm
5. Coriander leaves- handful
6. Carom seeds-1/2 tsp
7. Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
8. Red chili flakes-1/2 tsp
9. Turmeric powder-1/4th tsp
10. Salt-as per taste
11. Oil- few drops
Cooking method
1-Take a bowl add 30 gm sorghum flour, it is nearly 5 tsp
2-Now add 30 gm chickpeas flour, it is nearly 4 spoons.
3-Add grated bottle gourd.
4-Finely chopped onion.
5-Chopped coriander leaves.
6-Add salt, red chili flakes.
7-Crom seeds, cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
8-Now mix well.
9-Divide this dough into 2 parts.
10-With the help of parchment paper, here I am rolling 1 roti.
11-Now add this roti on tawa, cook both sides.
12-With the help of spatula press center and corner part of roti.
13-Add few drops of oil top on the roti.
Our healthy high protein roti is ready to serve.
We can have 2 weight loss roti with curd or pickle.
