Healthy Baked Broccoli Bites
INGREDIENTS
1 cup broccoli florets that have been steamed/ boiled for 5 min.
1 teaspoons salt
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic
2 tsp rice powder OR breadcrumbs
2 tsp Olive oil (plus more for sprinkling)
Additionally u can use:
1 medium size finely chopped onion
1 green chilly
chopped fresh coriander
1 tsp lemon juice
Mix all ingredients.. Make desired shapes.. Bake.
Bites taste more good if you shallow fry them. I have baked them on 180° c for 20 to 25 min.
