3 fast and healthy breakfast ideas. Each you can prepare in 5 minutes

1. Three ingredients banana pancakes
All you need: 1 banana, 1 egg, 1 tb spoon of flour

2. Egg and avocado sandwich:
For sandwich you need:
1 piece of bread, soft cheese (I prefer goat cheese), half of avocado and one egg.

3. Yoghurt, fruits and granola breakfast. You can choose different fruits and change the flavour of your breakfast.
