3. Oil Dispenser Bottle :
4. Mixing Bowls (Glass) :
5. Silicone Spatula (Blue) :
Ingredients :
1. Oil : 1 tsp
2. Red Chili Powder : 1/4 tsp
3. Turmeric Powder : 1/8 tsp
4. Black Pepper Powder : 1/4 tsp
5. Asafetida : a pinch
6. Salt : 1/2 tsp
7. Amchoor (Mango Powder) : 1/4 tsp
8. Roasted Peanuts : 2 cups
9. Onion (finely chopped) : 1/2 cup
10. Tomato (finely chopped) : 1/2 cup
11. Cilantro : 2 tbsp
12. Chaat Masala : 1 tsp
13. Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp
Process :
1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Add ingredients 2-7 and saute for a few seconds
3. Add the roasted peanuts and cook for a minute
4. Add ingredients 9-13 and mix well
