When it comes to traveling (or just living a busy, normal life), having healthy, filling grub-on-the-go is ESSENTIAL! It’s what keeps us feeling fueled and energized AND what keeps us away from non-healthy grub.
One of the easiest and most EPIC healthy, super portable and very variable snacks/meals is this NUT BUTTER & chia JELLY SANDWICH.
For me, it’s the PERFECT PLANE SNACK! Those tiny, unhealthy bags of peanuts the airlines give us really mean PEANUTS compared to this epic sandwich..trust me.
