If you have been looking for high calorie recipes for weight gain then look no more and try out this high protein bhel recipe to include in your weight gain food plan and enjoy your weight gain journey. Its super simple to make, requires no cooking and is surely a cheap high calorie foods for gaining weight. This one weight gain bowl will get you approx 350 calories and eating it is so easy and yummy that you will devour this high protein vegetarian bowl in seconds so poor appetite is not even an issue. The good news is they are great Indian weight gain ingredients which makes it easy to include them in your weight gain food plan since these high calorie Indian foods are readily available at home.
