To keep the colour and flavour of the salad I have added cold-pressed coconut oil with rock salt and black salt which makes this fiber-rich salad easier to digest too. Black Oval grapes (seedless) : 100g
Cherry tomatoes: 100g
Red bell pepper: 70g
Yellow bell pepper: 70g
Green bell pepper: 70g
Iceberg Lettuce leaves: 50g
Rosemary leaves: 50g
Rock salt pd : ½ tsp
Black salt pd : ½ tsp
Pepper pd : 1 tsp
Lemon: 1 no
Cold-pressed coconut oil: 5g
Method:
1. Prepare the salad seasoning by mixing pepper powder, rock salt, black salt & cold-pressed coconut oil in a clean bowl.
2. Chop rosemary leaves & stems, cherry tomatoes, cape gooseberry, black seedless grapes, iceberg lettuce leaves & bell peppers –red, yellow & green.
