Hello Everyone..Warm welcome to my channel “EH Cooking – Easy n healthy Cooking”..Today’s recipe is healthy and tasty “Appe” made with semolina, curd and egg..It’s a time saving healthy breakfast recipe which I am sure you all will enjoy..Give it a try and share your experience as well as leave your valuable comments..Let’s check out the recipe details below:
Ingredients :
Semolina / Sooji 1 cup
Yogurt 1/3rd cup (if required add 4-5tsp extra)
Egg 1 pc
Grated carrot (you can add any vegetable)
Chilli as per taste
Salt as per taste
Oil 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/4th tsp
Finely chopped carrot and beetroot
Method:
Add yogurt with emolina and leave for 5 minutes.. after 5 minutes, add egg and mix well..if requird add curd again..you can add any kind of vegetables in the batter.. at the end, add baking powder..grease oil in an appe pan and pour thr batter in required quantity..garnish with chopped carrot and beetroot on top..cover and cook for 4-5 minutes in low to medium flame ..flip the other part..cover and cook for 2 minutes more..ready to serve..
