Today’s first recipe is Tofu & vegetable fried rice, but its a very healthy and easy plant based recipe and effortless, its a loved plant based dinner recipe in my home, It is so so tasty and its high in vegan protein and nutrition, i use my super easy tofu marinade for this vegan dinner recipe, we also love this for breakfast as most can be made the day before and just throw the ingredients in the pan the next morning and it makes a fab plant based breakfast ready in less than ten minutes 🙂 its packed with rainbow vegetable nutrition, tofu protein, my flavors for this recipe make it a Thai flavored veg fried rice, with lemongrass and other gorgeous Thai flavors. I hope to try and love this easy vegan dinner recipe, an ideal plant based meal for the whole family and I use very little oil, and you can easily use non. The tofu is marinaded in Maggi.. its a lovely flavor, you can use soya sauce if you cant get maggi. This is a really good budget vegan recipe and natually its a gluten free vegan recipe.

Today’s second healthy dinner recipe is my loved vegan bolognese, its plant based, its yummy, its very high in protein, and made from all natural ingredients, this plant based recipe is easy and I make 10 portions in less than 40 minutes, its naturally a vegetarian spaghetti bolognese too. this recipe is another budget vegan recipe, I love to bulk this vegan bolognese with TVP soya mince, is such a budget friendly vegan protein. Its a great vegan meal, ideal to serve to vegetarians for dinner or any company, its so simple to make this yummy vegan recipe, and i freeze lots of it for easy weeknight vegan dinners. I like all my food to be as healthy and nutritious as possible, you will find this in all my plant based recipes. This recipe is GF when using a lentil or chickpea high protein spaghetti, of course if your not gluten free, wholewheat spaghetti is lovely too. I love to serve my vegan spaghetti recipe with green vie vegan Parmesan, hope you love this easy plant based dinner recipe.
