Tomato rice
Ingredients:
Boiled basmati rice
Oil – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
Chana dal – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Urad dal – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 1
Big onion – 1/2 sliced
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Tomato – 3 small size
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Kashmir red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Frozen peas – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves

Ragi Idiyappam
Ingredients:
Ragi flour – 2 cups
Rice flour – 1 cup
Salt
Coconut oil – 1 tsp
Hot water

For milk :
Jaggery – 4 tbsp
Dry coconut – 1/4 cup
Cashews – 10 no’s
Almond – 20 no’s
Kasa kasa (poppy seeds ) – 1 tsp
Water – 1 cup
