Apple banana smoothie
Cut one banana and apple and dates into small pieces put them in to a blender add water in it and blend them till all fruits are blend well in the water till it turns into smoothie. Put smoothie in the cup and sprinkle cinnamon powder on the top.
Carrot and apple smoothie
Cut one apple and one carrot and 2 dates and add them in the blender. Add one tea spoon lemon juice followed by a half cup of water. Blend all ingredients till mixture turns into smoothie.
Banana and Kiwi smoothie
Cut one banana and two kiwis and add the into the blander. Add two tea spoon honey and one cup of water. Blend them till it becomes a smoothie.
