Real Irish Soda Bread recipe, simple easy and quick and totally Keto Friendly, low carb bread completely sugar free and gluten free too. The Best Irish Soda Bread recipe there is for keto bread I promise! Not eggy at all, completely faithful to taste, enjoy sliced with irish butter!
I made this with not so many expectation and I was wrong: this is a bread we could / should be making every day! It’s much simple than the yeast bread and it tastes so authentic to the real soda bread / savoury scones, and because those are made with a thick dough anyway the “intensity” of keto dough is not a hindrance here at all.
Nutritional Values per loaf: 1400 calories, 10g carbs (24g fibre), 57g Protein, 124g Fat
Ingredients
45g / 1/4 cup of Grounded Chia Seeds
125g / 1 + 1/4 cup Almond Meal
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
15ml / 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
10g / 2tsp Brown Sugar Substitute
3 eggs
30g / 2tbsp Irish Salted Butter (plus a know to grease the skillet
