🧡Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats Recipe🧡
✨1/4 cup pumpkin purée
✨1/4 cup green yogurt
✨1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
✨1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup (or maple)
✨1/2 cup oats
✨2 tsp chia seeds
✨1 tsp pumpkin spice
✨pinch of salt
🧡toppings (whatever you like!)🧡
✨sliced banana
✨toasted pecans, chopped
✨whipped cream
✨sprinkle of more pumpkin spice
Mix everything together and keep refrigerated for 4 hours minimum or overnight! Can store in the fridge for up to 5 days so it’s great for meal prep!
