Pumpkin Paratha, is a delicious shallow fried flatbread recipe prepared from pumpkin, whole wheat flour and spices – one of the best breakfast recipes. Pumpkin paratha is not just healthy but also easy to prepare and stomach filling too.
Ingredients
Pumpkin (mashed) – 1 cup
Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
1 tsp Roasted cumin seeds / jeera powder
1 tsp ajwain /carom seeds
Salt as required
Chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Oil
Water as required, to knead the dough
