Stuffed cabbage rolls is an Chinese recipe made with any vegetarian or non-vegetarian stuffing filled into the Chinese cabbage leave and steam cook it until done
Drop cabbage leaves into boiling water, cook for 3 minutes, and drain well. For filling take a bowl add chicken mince, spring onion, chopped ginger and garlic, onion, pepper, , mix it well, and stuff the mixture in the cabbage leaves, place the cabbage rolls on the steamer put the lid on let it steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve this with chili sauce also.
