Wednesday: Turkey Bolognese and Butternut Squash Spaghetti
Thursday: Smoked Haddock and Cauliflower Kedgeree
Friday: Chicken Fajitas
All of these healthy meals are easy and quick to cook, each one took no longer than 20minutes to put together from start to finish!
