Salad Green (any kind) ※optional
Red onion※optional
Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
Nori seaweed
〈Sesame Dressing〉
3 tbs white sesame seeds
A pinch of sugar
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs Yuzu juice (or Rice vinegar)
2 tbs vegetable oil
