Sorghum flour 60gm
Granulated sugar 6g
Instant dry yeast 2.5gm

Cake margarine or unsalted butter 10gm

Procedure
Step no.1
Mix all ingredients to form a dough
Step no.2
Continue kneading to make soft dough
Step no.3
Once the dough is ready keep it 30minutesof resting
Step no.4
After30min, once the dough is raised, give knock back or punch back and rest for another 15 mins
Step no.5
After 15min start dividing the dough in required size
Step no.6
Shape the bread roll in desired shapes, arrange them in a greased tray, and keep it around 15-20min for final proofing
Step no.7
Once the bread roll are proofed, water spray and sprinkle some soaked little millers of top of it.
Step no.8
Bake it at (210˚ -220˚)for around (18-20) mins
Step no.9
Once it is baked apply oil wash on top of the bread
Soft and Fluffy sorghum bread rolls are ready
