Method:
1. Crush 5-6 Black pepper corn using mortar & pestle
2. Add Turmeric root and crush it as well
3. Boil 1 cup of water in a sauce pan and add crushed turmeric and pepper
4. Boil it for 4-5 mins and cover it for about a minute
5. Remove the cover and strain it in a tea cup
6. Drink it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
