Chicken Breast:
– One of the leanest and cheapest proteins you can get
– Super low fat
– Easy way to hit your protein in-take
– If you want to fit your indulgences, then chicken breast is a great source of food to save on carbs and fats while allowingy you to hit your protein.

Pumpkin
– Something I discovered during my 6 week Rapid Fat Loss phase on 1400 calories
– Super delicious, and super low calorie
– I honestly couldn’t tell the difference between pumpkin and sweet potato after a while – and it’s lower calorie than sweet potato itself 😂

Greek yoghurt
– Great source of protein
– Low fat
– Low calorie and high volume
– Tastes like ass by itself 🙂
