Millets Thalipith
Any Millets atta, mix Dal powder of your choice ,Smashed Potato,Grated Carrot,Grated Beetroot,French Beans,Chopped Coriander,(you can add any vegetables like palak paste to make it more healthy)Ginger Garlic paste,Aamchur powder,Red Chilli powder,Turmeric powder,Salt

Mix all ingredients, if you feel it is dry then add little water and oil, Make small thalipith , you can shallow fry or deep fry as per your choice. Serve with Tomato ketchup or green chutney.
