Ingredients serves 1
* 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
* 1/2 cup cooked Rajma / kidney beans
* 1/4th cup shredded Cabbage
* 2 tbsp chopped tomato
* 2 tbsp mixed bell peppers
* 1 tbsp pineapple
* 2 tbsp chopped mangoes
* 1/4th Avocado
* Olives , Jalapeno as per taste
Sour Cream
3 tbsp Hung curd (Salt , pepper , 1/4th tsp Mustard sauce , 1/4th tsp Powdered sugar )
Mexican Dressing
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Paprika powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp zeera powder
