Soya and Oats are separately considered to be super healthy. Rich in fibre and protein they are incredible for someone trying to lose weight. But what if we combine these two wholesome ingredients to make an even healthier dish. Yes, this is what my today’s recipe is all about. These Oats Soya chaap are not only highly nutritious but delicious to taste.

How to make Oats Soya chaap :-

Main Ingredients:-

1 cup Soya beans
1/2 cup Soya granules
2 cups oats flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour.
Salt to taste

Directions:-
Soak Soya beans overnight. Next morning drain excess water and grind to make a paste. Boil Soya granules let them cool and drain the excess water. Grind Soya granules and mix with Soya beans mixture..now add oats flour and whole wheat flour into the grinded mixture…add salt to taste and other spices of your choice..make a dough out of the mixture..rest for a while and knead the dough again. Roll some dough out with the help of a rolling pin. Using a knife cut stripe from the roti.
Take an ice cream stick and roll the strip frond the stick. Use a steamer to steam the chaap for approximately 9-10min.
Your oats Soya chaaps are ready to be used in multiple recipes.
