Leftover rice is always an issue and there are many ways we can make use of it. In this video, I have shown an easy dosa recipe made with leftover rice. It can be prepared pretty easily with very basic ingredients. To the leftover rice, you have to add a few more ingredients like semolina and rice flour to improve the texture of the batter. And when we mix all these ingredients together, we will get very nice fluffy dosa. I have made small and cute dosas but you can spread the batter a little more and make bigger dosas. You can serve them with nice kara chutney or any other chutneys by the side.
