For Batter
1. White chana: 1 Cup
2. Black Chana: 1 Cup
3. Moong Bean or Green Gram: 1 Cup
4. Green Peas: 1 Cup
5. Soya Bean: 1 Cup
6. Kidney Bean: 1 Cup
Use any pulses you have
7. Raw Rice: 1/2 Cup
8. Ginger: 2 inch
9.Red chilli: 4
10. Cumin: 1 Tsp
11. Pepper: 1/2 Tsp
12. Asafoetida: 1/4 Tsp
13. Salt to taste

For Idli
1. Batter: 3 Cup
Steam for 10minutes

For Burji
1. Steamed idli: 5
2. Egg: 2
3. Oil: 2 TSp
4. Ginger: 1 inch
5. Onion: 1
6. Green Chilli: 2
7. Curry Leaves
8. Coriander Leaves
9.Tomato: 1
10.Mustard
11. Chana Dal
12.Urad Dal
13. Pepper Powder: 2 Tsp
14. Garam Masala: 1/2 Tsp
15. Salt to Taste

For Adai
1. Batter: 3 Cup
2. Onion: 2
3. Green Chilli: 2
4. Curry Leaves
5. Coriander Leaves
6.Tomato: 1
7. Oil: 2 Tsp

For Egg Uthappam
1. Batter: 2 Cup
2. Egg: 2
3. Oil: 2 TSp
4. Onion: 1
5. Green Chilli: 2
6. Curry Leaves
7. Coriander Leaves
8.Tomato: 1

For Paniyaram
1. Batter: 2 Cup
2. Egg: 2
3. Oil: 2 TSp
4. Onion: 1
