Ingredients:
β€Œ1tsp Oil
β€Œ1tbsp Garlic
β€Œ1tbsp Green Chilli
β€Œ1/2cup Onions
β€Œ1/2cup Carrots
β€Œ2tbsp Sweet Corn
β€Œ1/2cup Capsicum
β€Œ2tbsp Tomato Ketchup
β€Œ1tbsp Chilli Flakes
β€Œ1tbsp Oregano
β€ŒSalt, to taste
β€Œ1cup Cheese Mozz
β€Œ1/2cup Maida
β€Œ5tbsp Water
β€ŒSalt, to taste
β€Œ10-12slices Bread

Method:
β€ŒIn a kadhai, add oil, garlic and chillies. Once sauteed well, add onions, carrots and sweet corn.
β€ŒAdd tomato puree, salt, capsicum and seasonings. Sautee again for 2mins. Lastly, add grated cheese and keep aside to cool
β€ŒIn a small bowl, add maida, water and salt. Mix well until combined
β€ŒCut the crust of the bread and then using a rolling pin, flatten the bread slice. Add a spoonful of the filling in one half of the bread and a small piece of cheese
β€ŒTurn the bread on other side and pinch together the edges to seal.
β€ŒOnce the oil is hot, add the bread pizza pockets in it and let them turn golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup, green chutney and chai
