Ingredients:
β1tsp Oil
β1tbsp Garlic
β1tbsp Green Chilli
β1/2cup Onions
β1/2cup Carrots
β2tbsp Sweet Corn
β1/2cup Capsicum
β2tbsp Tomato Ketchup
β1tbsp Chilli Flakes
β1tbsp Oregano
βSalt, to taste
β1cup Cheese Mozz
β1/2cup Maida
β5tbsp Water
βSalt, to taste
β10-12slices Bread
Method:
βIn a kadhai, add oil, garlic and chillies. Once sauteed well, add onions, carrots and sweet corn.
βAdd tomato puree, salt, capsicum and seasonings. Sautee again for 2mins. Lastly, add grated cheese and keep aside to cool
βIn a small bowl, add maida, water and salt. Mix well until combined
βCut the crust of the bread and then using a rolling pin, flatten the bread slice. Add a spoonful of the filling in one half of the bread and a small piece of cheese
βTurn the bread on other side and pinch together the edges to seal.
βOnce the oil is hot, add the bread pizza pockets in it and let them turn golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup, green chutney and chai
