This is a perfect bread recipe which is EASY and HEALTHY prepared with flax seeds and oats along with wheat. You don’t need any bread machine for this. Having a stand mixer does help to knead the dough because the dough does need 10 minutes of kneading. The end result of the bread is soft and perfect for sandwich or toast. #bread #playfulcooking
