Happy December! I’m so excited to be starting a channel to be share my healthy plant bases/vegan recipes and other content. I have so many holiday recipes coming this month, I hope you enjoy them. Recipe:
* 8-10 oz non dairy milk
* 1-2+ tsp cacao or cocoa powder
* 1 tbsp cacao nibs (or sub with carob or dark choc chips)
* 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
* 1 tbsp nut or seed butter
* scoop of greens powder (optional)
* banana or dates
