THIS WEEK’S MEALS:
– Crockpot Pulled Pork
– BBQ Chicken Buns
– Meatball Ravioli Bake
– London Broil & Baked Potaoes
Marinara Sauce 👇
– 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
– 2 Tbsp. butter
– 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
– 1 tsp. each:
· seasoned salt
· onion powder
· basil
· oregano

Rolls for BBQ chicken buns👇
– 150 ml water
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Mix those ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix these:
– 1 1/2 C. flour
– 1 Tbsp. sugar
– 1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients, cover with towel for 20 mins.
Add 2 Tbsp. melted butter. Knead into the dough for 13-16 mins.
Place in oiled bowl, cover for 40-50 mins, until doubled in size. Punch down.
Cut and roll into 6 balls. Cover and rest 10 mins.
Roll out into circles, add chicken.
Cover and rest 35-45 mins
