Sfeeha is the most popular recipe in Lebanon. Sfeeha is usually shaped into little squares with meat filling. Here i have tried soya chunks as a vegetarian replacement.

➡️INGREDIENTS FOR SFEEHA:
For dough:
Active dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Wheat flour 1 1/2 cup + 1 tsp
Salt as required
Curd or yogurt 2 tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Stuffing – Soya curry:
Meal maker 1/2 cup
(soya chunks)
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Onions 1/4 cup
Tomato 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Black sesame seeds few
Salt as required
Coriander leaves for garnishing
