Preparation:
 Gather all the ingredients as shown in the video.
 Wash Chevra/poha and let it stay for 10 minutes.
 Heat oil add mustard seeds and hing.
 Add onion and Sautee.
 Add curry leaves, peanuts and poha.
 Mix well, add spices and veggies.
 Add water and add lemon.
 Cover the lid and cook for 2 – 3min on low flame.
 Serve the delicious with some pickle.
