Ridge gourd peel chutney/beerakaya pachadi
This pachadi tastes so amazing and goes well with dosa rasam and rice
INGRIDIENTS
Oil – 2 tbsp
Ridge peel – 2 ridgegourds
Jeera – 1 tsp
Coriander – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 4 pods
Green chillies – 7
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Tamarind – half lemon size or 1 inch
For tempering – 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp channadal
2 dry red chillies
Curry leaves
RECIPE
▫️Take a pan and add oil and heat
▫️Now add jeera, cumin, coriander seeds, garlic cloves, green chillies, and saute
▫️Add the ridge gourd peel and Saute for 3 mins
▫️Now add turmeric, salt and saute for 1 min
▫️Now add tamarind and saute for 2 mins
▫️After it cools down grind it into fine paste
▫️Now add the tempering and mix well
