Wow there’s a lot of different diets out

there and chances are there’s gonna be

another one next week and the week after

that and the week after that and here’s

the most confusing and frustrating part

they’re gonna contradict the previous

one it’s crazy it’s hard to keep track

of all the different diets and all the

different ways that work so let me just

break it down to you and I’m gonna share

with you right now the one one one

simple reason that any of the diets out

there actually work okay so first let’s

run through all the diets

all right so we’ve got the top one two

three four five six seven eight ish

diets out there right I know there’s

more and of course there’s gonna be more

coming up but these are the real popular

ones now which one of these work which

one don’t how do I know which ones right

for me

well listen if you want to lose weight

if your goal is to lose weight if your

goal is to burn fat here’s the cold hard

truth both all these diets will work for

you and they all work for certain people

because of one simple reason and here it

is they work because if you were doing

paleo it can help you be in a calorie

deficit keto can help you be in a

calorie deficit same with a plant paste

plant base

same as a meat based South Beach Atkins

intermediate fasting a low carb and any

other diet that you do can and will be

successful for you if you’re able to

sustain it and maintain it and stay in a

calorie deficit now on the other hand

they won’t work for you if you can’t

maintain the calorie deficit on that

diet and that’s why many people fail

when they try different diets because

they can’t do it all the time they can’t

do it 365 with holidays and there’s

friends in town and family you can’t

just do keto all the time especially if

you have kids or it’s harder than you

paleo there’s all these different

restrictions that make it challenging to

stick with it and then as a result make

it hard to stay in a calorie deficit and

so they won’t work for you but the magic

behind all of these different diets is

this magic pill right here and it’s

calorie deficit you have to be in a

calorie deficit if you want to lose

weight or if you want to burn fat and

these can help you be there but they can

also make it much more challenging so if
