Sandwich 101

7-8 bread slices
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup finely chopped onions
¼ cup finely chopped green pepper (green capsicum)
¼ cup finely chopped red pepper (red capsicum)
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
¼ cup boiled corn
1 tsp italian seasoning
½ tsp crushed red pepper
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Butter at room temperature
Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, black pepper, italian seasoning and crushed red pepper. Mix well.
Add in all the veggies and mix well. Set aside.
Cut off all the edges of the bread. Butter one side and flip it over.
Apply the mayonnaise and veggie mixture to the slice and top it with some shredded cheese.
Cover with the other slice of bread and butter the top.
Heat a griddle on medium flame and place the sandwich. Cook till lightly golden and crispy.
Flip over and cook the other side till golden and crispy.
Cut diagonally and serve warm.
