🔷️ Ingredients for plan roti
– barley flour ( jau ka atta ) 1 cup
– water ( pani ) 1 cup
– olive oil 2 tbs
– salt ( namak ) 1/2 tsp

🔷️ Ingredients for masala roti
– barley flour ( jau ka atta ) 1 cup
– wheat flour ( gandum ka atta ) 1/4 cup
– onion chopped ( payaz bareek kata hua ) 2 tbs
– green chili chopped ( hari mirch bareek kati hui ) 1 tsp
– red chili chopped ( laal mirch bareek kati hui ) 1 tsp
– salt ( namak ) 1 tsp
– cumin ( zeera ) 1 tsp
– olive oil 1 tbs
– coriander leaves ( dhania ) 2- 3 tbs
– water ( pani ) as required
