Recipe Ingredients

CHUTNEY
1 Tbsp — coriander seeds साबुत धनिया
1/4 cup — fresh coconut नारियल
5-7 — dry red chillies साबुत लाल मिर्च
1/4 tsp — oil
1 Tbsp — tamarind pulp इमली का पानी
salt to taste

heat oil in a pan, add coriander seeds, lightly brown, add coconut & red chillies, fry for 2-3 minutes. Transfer in a mixer jar, add tamarind pulp and salt.
Grind to a fine paste .

DOSA-++
Serves — 2 to 3 persons
1/2 Cup — Red lentils ( मसूर दाल)
2-3 —- Green Chillies हरी मिर्च
2 Tbsp — Fresh Curd ताज़ा दही
2 Tsp —- Semolina सूजी
Salt
1 Cup — Finely chopped vegetables of choice ( cabbage, carrot & capsicum, mix salt, black pepper & chopped green chillies)

Fresh paneer

Wash and soak red lentils for 3-4 hours.
Grind to a fine paste, adding green chillies, curd and salt .
Transfer in a bowl, add semolina, mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes —-+
Heat pan, season with oil and water,
spread the batter, sprinkle some oil
cook till upper side dries up, spread the chutney chopped vegetables.
grate paneer, cook for 1-2 minutes & serve hot.
