Take 1 cup Upma premix and 3/4.cup of curd .mix well add water as per need.keep aside for 5 minutes.add 1 tsp eno. mix well.transfer the batter in idli moulds and steam for 5 to 6 minutes in microwave or in stove Idli maker.
How to make appe with Upma premix
Take one cup of instant premix and half cup of water, half cup of curd add vegetables of your choice.mix well.put oil in appe maker. Cook till golden brown from both sides and enjoy appe with instant mix.
How to make uttapam with this instant Upma premix
Take one cup of premix and half cup of water, half cup of curd. mix well add vegetables of your choice.heat oil and put one tablespoon refined oil on tawa.pour the batter and spread it….cook from both sides till golden and crispy…enjoy
