Makhana – 100 gm (8 cup)
Oil – 2 tbsp.
Ghee – 2 tbsp.
Coconut Slices – 1/2 cup
Raisins – 1/4 cup
Cashews – 1/4 cup (halves)
Almond – 1/4 cup (halves)
Peanuts – 1 cup
Curry Leaves – 4 sprigs
Watermelon Seeds – 1/4 cup
White Sesame Seeds – 2 tbsp.
Chivda Masala:
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp.
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tbsp.
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp.
