Healthy Vegetarian Recipe For Weight Loss Beans Fry

This Green Beans Fry recipe quick, easy, delicious and healthy low calorie for Weight Loss. You can have this Beans fry delicious healthy meal either for lunch or dinner for your diet.

Cook Time: 20 mins
Servings: 4

To Make Beans Fry recipe

Green Beans – 500 grams
Oil – 6 Tbsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Tomato Paste – 1 Tsp

Preparation

1. Wash and cut the Green Beans into slices of medium thickness.
2. Take a wide pan or small cooker and add oil to it.
3. Add Green Beans.
4. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder.
5. Saute beans for about 10 mins.
6. Mix well and stir fry Green Beans for 5 mins.
7. Lastly add black pepper powder and mix well.
8. Saute for a few seconds and then turn off the stove.
9. Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve the beans fry recipe hot and nice with some roti or rice.
