I ate this salad pretty much every single day during my bodybuilding competition prep to lose weight 🥗

Calories: 427

Main ingredients (these were the main ingredients I would adjust if I wanted to increase volume or protein without significantly impacting the calories)
– 200g cos lettuce
– 100g tomatoes
– 150g roasted pumpkin
– 150g protein of choice (I used kangaroo mince)
Optional ingredients (these were the ingredients I added if I had the calories. I eventually got rid of these to save calories as my calories got lower)
– 70g corn
– 50g grated carrot
Dressing
– 20g light sour cream (I would adjust this up and down depending on how many fats I had left at the end of the day)
– 50g light sweet chilli sauce (I would adjust this up and down according to how much volume the salad was)
