Recipe for the chipotle chicken (only chicken not full meal I had)
Recipe serves 2 people:
Breast fillets 177g
Corn flakes 14g and panko breadcrumbs 18g (just use 32g of one if you have it)
For the sauce for 2:
Honey 15g
Chipotle chilli paste 1tbsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 10ml
Worcestershire sauce 10ml
Garlic granules, salt, pepper
