HOW it’s MADE:
First Layer
In a jar put 1 TSP of Chia seeds, 3 TBS of Oats, 2 TBS of Milk, 1 TBS of Yogurt and 1 TSP of Honey. Mix well and press a little to create a layer. Put the jar in the fridge while you make the second layer
Second Layer
In a bowl put 1/3 CUP of Ricotta, 1/4 CUP Yogurt, 2 TBS of Lemon Juice, and 2 TSP of Honey. Mix well and add this mixture on top of the first layer in the jar. Place in the fridge until we make the third layer.
Third Layer
In a pan pour 1/3 CUP of milk, 3 TBS of Lemon Juice, 2 TSP of Honey, 1 TSP of Starch and a pinch of Turmeric Powder. Mix well until the starch dissolves.
Then heat it for 2-4 minutes and stir continuously until it gets a creamy consistency. Then set it aside to cool. After it has cooled, pour the third layer into the jar.
And now keep it in the fridge for 4 hours or until the next morning.
